Investigation Process:
- The Coordinator will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and initiate an impartial investigation.
- Investigations are conducted confidentially to the extent possible.
- All parties will have an opportunity to present information and evidence.
- A written outcome will be provided within 30 business days, unless extended for good cause.
Retaliation Prohibited:
Devi Prime Care strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation in good faith.
Retaliation may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information related to discrimination complaints or investigations will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable laws.
Access to complaint records is restricted to authorized personnel only. Records will be retained for the period required by law and then securely disposed of.
We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including India’s IT Act and GDPR principles where relevant, to protect personal information and privacy rights of individuals.
